If you're on Dreamwidth (which you probably are if you're reading this, you can add RSS/Atom feeds to your reading page by going to the feed page and copying the feed URL into the box.
One caveat, if nobody else has done it yet, you'll have to create and name a proxy account for the feed, which will then potentially be discoverable by any DW user. I've thus far been hesitant to add any feed that wasn't already public enough to have at least one subscriber before I searched for it.
Maybe... maybe seek the feed owner's permission before creating accounts for their feeds on here.
Good posting to everyone!

malusdraco noted (to my honest surprise), your entire Reading page is public. Legitimately. Not only is the link accessible to anyone - it's just username URL plus "/read" - but it's sitting in your sidebar. The only posts I can't read that show up on your page are those you require privileged access for.
It's definitely a weird adjustment from the "nobody can see anything unless you/we the developers want them to" philosophy of cohost. I do worry about that becoming an attack vector at some point, but for right now at least it seems the active user population on here is so low that I've seen no evidence of anybody like that at the moment.
